PROCEDURE WHEN ASSESSMENT IS BEING DONE :
Client will be contacted by assessment company with a date and time
to take vehicle in for assessment at JMJ Bodyworks

Assessor will do the assessment which consists of:

General inspection of vehicle
-
Assessing the damages to the vehicle
-
Taking photo’s of damages
-
Informing client of the extent of the damages to vehicle
THIS ASSESSMENT TAKES ABOUT 10 - 15 MINUTES

4. Uploading photo’s and assess on system
5. All assessments get’s forwarded to Insurance Companies the same day
which will authorise and send to preferred panel beater

We are registered with most leading Insurance Companies. Throughout the year audits are done by the Insurance companies to ensure that we adhere to the prescribed protocol.
QUOTATIONS :
We make use of the Vantage & Audatex Quatation Systems. This systems allow quotes to be available on-line to insure a more successful and speedy process.
